If the remedial work that we are to implement is not going to be effective, then we will offer you good advice on the problems that have arisen and the best way to proceed with the job in hand.

We can effectively evaluate which repair jobs will be successful and which ones will need a more comprehensive re-construction plan of action to make the property safe and secure.
